Date Night at the CDC & Youth CenterSaturday, June 28

Want to spend a little time away from the kids? We'll take great care of your children and even provide a snack and entertainment during the night. Cost is only $20 for one child, $33 for two children and only $7 for each additional child. If you would like to sign up and your child is between the ages of 5 to 14
for Parents Night Out, please contact the Youth Center at 481-7903. If you would like to sign your child up for Date Night and they are between the ages of 6 months and 4 years, please contact the CDC at 481-7502. The sign up deadline is Wednesday, June 25 so call today!
Oklahoma City Zoo TripSaturday, June 28
With more than 2000 of the World's most exotic animals exhibited throughout 110 lushly planted acres, the Oklahoma City Zoo is one of the nation's finest. This year, the OKC Zoo has even added 24 more animal exhibits to its already large facility. Van will depart Information Tickets & Travel/BLDG 343 at 7 am, returning 6 pm.
Adults price is $33. Children ages 3-11 are $26 and children under the age of 3 ride free. Please register NLT Wednesday, June 25.

ODR Turner Falls TripSaturday, June 28
Join ODR on an exciting trip to Turner Falls. Turner Falls features a majestic forty foot waterfall and a great swimming lake with open beaches for all to enjoy. You can take the plunge off the rocks or bring a tube and float around the lake to work on that summer tan.
ODR will also host a BBQ at Turner Falls for everyone who registers for this trip. Cost is $20 per person. Children 5 & under are only $5. This is a remarkable trip to enjoy time away from Altus and also enjoy a great day with the family. Register at ODR NLT Wednesday, June 25.

Catch the Reading BugWednesday & Thursday at the Library
Let your child 'Catch the Reading Bug' this summer during our Summer Reading Program.
During this Summer, the Altus AFB Library is offering a glimpse into the amazing world of insects.
Our summer reading program is a great way to enhance your child's learning while they are not in school, and have fun at the same time.
The School Age Program will be held Wednesdays at 2 pm and the Pre-School Age Program will be held Thursdays at 10 am (in lieu of Story Hour).

Galaxy Bowlapalooza SummerNow-August 31
This summer, Galaxy Lanes is the place to be as they are going to be having 36 weekly drawings during the Galaxy Bowlapalooza Summer. Bowl 3 paid games of bowling and you’ll be entered into our weekly giveaway drawings. Will be giving away everything from free games of bowling, IPOD Nanos, Six Flags tickets to the grand prize a 26” LCD HDTV. Contest is open to all ages.
We will also be giving away 2 Nintendo Wii entertainment systems to two very lucky youths, ages 16 & under, who enter the giveaway.
